Abortion Doctors Are Legal Serial Killers

• Dr. Michael Arthur Roth, an abortion doctor, was charged for having body parts and abortion equipment in his car.
• Investigators had met with a woman who claimed that Roth had performed two separate abortions in her home in the late 90's.
• His bail has been set for $10,000.

Michael Arthur Roth, a 74-year old abortion doctor, was arrested last October after police officers found containers of human tissue, narcotics, and abortion equipment in his car. Yet, he has finally been charged. It was found, after officers started an investigation, that he had been performing illegal abortions.

The official charge, which was given in a press release by Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette, was he had, “intent to deliver schedule 2 narcotic Fentanyl, and 6 counts of identity theft in the 48th District Court. In the 38th District Court in Eastpointe, Roth also faces 3 counts of Larceny in a Building.”

The discovery of the material in Roth's car came about by accident. Back in October, when the contents were found, Roth had been involved in car accident. He had hit a child with special needs, the child was critically injured in the accident. The police took and impounded Roth's car due to the accident, and in searching through his car they found the contents in his trunk. A press release said that “six prescriptions for Ciprofloxacin, a common antibiotic used for abortion procedures, which was allegedly written by Dr. Angel Ojeda, a doctor who runs the Eastland Women’s Center in Eastpointe, Michigan,” were found in his trunk.

Apparently, investigators ended up speaking with a woman who claimed that Roth had performed an abortion on two separate occasions in the late 90's.

At the moment Roth is scheduled for an arraignment hearing and bail has been set for $10,000.
