Biden Officials Will Start Mandating Covid Restrictions Again Due to “Delta Variant”

While most Americans just long to get normalcy back following more than a year of COVID restrictions, it seems the Biden administration has other plans because of the Delta variant.

A Breitbart News report said that the new COVID-19 “Delta” variant has caused Biden to think about reversing the recent lifting of restrictions.

According to the report, the highly transmissible variant is allegedly “forcing” the Biden administration to reevaluate the COVID-19 measures in place. This could include bringing back mask mandates, even for fully vaccinated individuals.

The Delta variant is one of “concern,” according to the CDC. Also, it makes up around 20% of the infections in the country. It has also pushed the World Health Organization to urge fully-vaccinated people to wear masks again.

Los Angeles, a place known to be very liberal, is already re-imposing mask restrictions.

Similarly, other liberal places in the country have started to reinforce draconian measures. It’s only a matter of time before this will go on a national level through the Biden administration.

This situation begs the question of whether lockdowns will also be brought back. For now, only time will tell.
