Biden to Use Wilmington Home as 2024 Campaign HQ

President Joe Biden revealed on Tuesday that his longtime home in Wilmington, Delaware, which is rooted in his “family values,” will serve as the campaign's base of operations in 2024.

“My family’s values, my eternal optimism and my unwavering belief in the American middle class as our nation’s backbone comes from my home — from Delaware,” Biden said in a statement, as per Politico.

“That’s why there is no better place for our reelection campaign to have its headquarters,”Biden continued to brag as he blatantly expressed how proud he was of his family and everything they stood for.

The headquarters will be a departure from Biden's selection of Philadelphia for his 2020 campaign headquarters, but the story notes that due to the epidemic, the now-president also managed a sizeable portion of that campaign from Wilmington.

According to Breitbart News, when Biden's location requirements were first raised earlier this year, not everyone seemed to agree with them.

Reports suggest that advisers think Biden’s Wilmington home “would make recruitment harder, with younger campaign aides not eager to spend a year in a sleepy, small town.”

Some advisors reportedly preferred the Philadelphia offices, where his 2020 campaign was housed initially prior to coronavirus restrictions taking effect.
