Pres. Joe Biden’s approval rating among Hispanic Americans has tanked to only 24%, as per a new Quinnipiac Poll.

The said survey reveals that the U.S. president’s approval rating is still in the negative as only around 35% approve of how he runs the country as president, while 56% believe otherwise.

Among Hispanic Americans, however, the poll shows only 24% approve of Biden’s work as president, while almost 60% disapprove. Also, 18% of Hispanic Americans remain unsure of their opinions of Biden.

The survey also says that Biden’s approval rating, based on racial groups, is the lowest among Hispanic Americans. On the other hand, White Americans only slightly disapprove more than Hispanics of how the president currently runs his administration.

The low ratings for the president come as the country faces inflation that has reached 8.3% in April, illegal immigration at record-breaking levels, and a slew of serious drug issues.

Given the crises the U.S. is facing, Biden still has continued to send Ukraine tens of billions of taxpayer dollars in the form of aid.

The said Quinnipiac poll surveyed around 1,600 American adults. It took place between June 3 to 6, and it has a margin of error of +/- 2.5%.
