Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency revealed that nearly 140 convicted illegal alien sex offenders were apprehended in a nationwide sting across multiple states.

During the sting operation, which lasted from October 22 to November 4, ICE agents apprehended 138 illegal aliens who were convicted of sex offenses, including rape.

Several of the illegal alien sex offenders were apprehended in sanctuary cities or states.

For example, 21 of the illegal alien sex offenders were arrested in Los Angeles, California's sanctuary city, 15 in San Francisco, California's sanctuary city, and five in Seattle, Washington's sanctuary city.

A 44-year-old illegal alien convicted of second-degree rape and promoting prostitution in September 2017 was among those arrested in New York's sanctuary state. In April 2002, a 42-year-old illegal alien arrested in New York was convicted of first-degree rape.

The latest ICE sting operation follows the arrest of 175 illegal alien convicts, many of whom were arrested for drunk driving and some of whom killed American citizens.

While the sting operation apprehended many criminal illegal aliens, President Joe Biden's administration has drastically reduced interior immigration enforcement, resulting in a nearly 50% drop in illegal alien arrests and a 62 percent drop in illegal alien deportations.

Former Acting ICE Director Thomas Homan told Breitbart News in May that Biden is effectively deporting one illegal alien for every 100 arriving at the US-Mexico border.
