Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt’s Former Home from the Early 2000s Sells for 32.5 Million Dollars

Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt‘s former home was sold for a reported $32.5 million.

“A stellar example of the Tudor style, the 12,000-square-foot home came up for sale last year at $56 million and was listed for $44.5 million in March before exiting the market,” reported The Los Angeles Times.

Aniston and Pitt, who got married in 2000, purchased the property in 2001 for $13.5 million. They reportedly renovated and expanded the home before they got divorced five years into the marriage.

According to the Times, they sold the house the following year for about $28 million.

The Los Angeles Times then added that “there’s a rotunda entry, an updated kitchen, two wet bars and a screening room.” The property has five bedrooms and 13 bathrooms.

“Outside, the manicured grounds unfold in layers around a swimming pool. The lighted and sunken tennis court includes a pavilion with a guest suite,” the Los Angeles Times explained.

The house, designed by Wallace Neff, has quite a long history. It was originally built for actors Fredric March and Florence Eldridge in 1934 and was later owned by Vanderbilt scion Shirley Burden. Heiress Wallis Annenberg is also a former owner of the property.
