100k Worth of Private Security Spent While the “Stooges” Pushed to Defund the Police

Even after a long push to “defund the police,” members of “the Squad,” including Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez (D-N.Y.), seem to be providing a lot of “funding” for their private security.

Fox News reported that AOC and the other members of the far-left “Squad” spent almost $100,000 collectively to fund private security. This figure only accounts for the third financial quarter. Ironically, the same group constantly pushed for the “defund the police” movement.

According to the report, with figures obtained from the FEC, AOC’s campaign has paid more than $10,00 for private policing with Tullis World Wide Protection, Cest Bond Collective, and Three Bridges. This amount has managed to eclipse the personal security bill of Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-Mass.), which is worth almost $4,000 with Ware Security Consultants Inc.

What’s more, AOC isn’t the only member of the group who spent a lot of money on private security as Reps. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) and Cori Bush (D-Mo.) far exceed hers. FEC records have revealed that Omar spent more than $22,000 on personal security with Aegis Logistics LLC. Meanwhile, Bush spent a whopping $65,000 on private security.

With these figures revealed, it seems Democrats only recognize and appreciate the police if they can benefit from it. However, they still want to ban the force when it comes to defending the public from lawlessness and harm.
