More like Cardi “R.”

Rapper and wannabe politician Cardi B was a registered Republican in the Bronx for four years before switching parties in 2014, according to Board of Elections records obtained by the Daily News.

The Grammy winner — who endorsed liberal Democratic Sen. Bernie Sanders for president — said this week she might run for elected office herself after recently blasting Republicans who were “afraid” to stand up to President Trump.

Cardi B even discussed how she'd tackle gun control and told a Republican critic she didn't insult “your party.”

“If you are a conservative & if you support an opposite party that's OK( unless you racist)we can get into friendly debates on here voice your opinion…” she added in a tweet early Tuesday morning.

Back in September 2010, 17-year-old Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar registered with the GOP before becoming old enough to vote, records show. She registered using a Bronx address on Nelson Ave.

Cardi B switched parties and registered as a Democrat in December 2013, though the new affiliation didn't kick in until after the November 2014 general election.

Records show the former stripper turned rap icon never filled out a ballot using the Bronx registrations for either party, though she's still considered an “active” voter in the city.

Now 27, Cardi B is registered to vote in New Jersey and has no party affiliation, records show. She and her husband Offset also recently purchased a mansion in Atlanta.

Cardi B set off a firestorm this week after discussing a possible run for office in a series of tweets.

“I think I want to be a politician,” she tweeted Sunday. “I really love government even tho I don't agree with Government.” In another post on Monday, Cardi B said she could “be a part of Congress” if she went back to school.
“I deada– have sooo much ideas that make sense,” she tweeted. “I just need a couple of years of school and I can shake the table.”

Cardi B backed Sanders' bid for the White House last year, citing his record on human rights. In July she blasted Republicans for aligning with Trump and urged fans to back a Democrat in this year's election.

“You see the Republicans,” she said. “They are afraid to stand up to Trump, because he might take their positions away from them, but the Democrats, they just don't give a f—.”

Reps for Cardi B didn't immediately return an email seeking comment Tuesday.
