California passed a $15 minimum wage hike and New York is set to follow. The minimum wage issue, like so many others, has left the nation divided.
Neil Cavuto interviews one of the activist who has organized protests and demonstrations around the country and it does not go pretty. Neil brings up the very basic questions of rising costs of products, the move to automation, and small businesses not able to pay workers. The guest can’t even provide any intelligent arguments to the questions, she just repeats the same mantra of more pay.
I have rarely seen Neil Cavuto be this polite and friendly to any guests, he even claims that he agrees with a hike to minimum wage, but he voices his concerns that this too much too fast. His guest offers zero unique input and just stumble to repeat herself. I guess desire and greed are really all you need.
If this is the best person that the $15 minimum wage movement could put forward, then they have more to worry about than higher pay.
