Biden Is Releasing Illegal Immigrants Into U.S. Without COVID-19 Test Says Texas Sheriff

A Texas sheriff said it was “absolutely true” that the Biden Administration let illegal immigrants into the country without getting them tested for COVID-19.

On Monday, Jackson County Sherrif AJ Louderback talked to Fox News host Tucker Carlson. During the said interview, he said that the current administration has been releasing illegal immigrants to join U.S. communities. He said they do so without confirming whether or not the immigrants are COVID-19 positive,

“It’s absolutely true,” the sheriff said. He added that he received a memo last week, which is “essentially a defund the ICE” by memorandum. He said the document was “particularly devastating” for Texans and for Americans in general. Louderback said the memo’s message was clear. It implies that “you can come here illegally,” he said.  He added that people “could commit crimes here against Americans” and that they could “remain here illegally.”

The sheriff also said that the Biden administration’s policies regarding immigration would cause “irreparable harm” as a result. He claimed that many law enforcement officials feel “worried” about it.

Louderback added that every law enforcement officer in the country needs to feel “extremely concerned about “the attitude, the lawlessness, the complete abject removal of law” that was happening. He then mentioned that “a nullification of the law” is going on.

The sheriff also claimed that CBP, ICE officers, and USCIS were affected by the memorandum. He claimed it “effectively guts the IMA” and that it puts them “in handcuffs” so that they couldn't respond.”

Louderback then said that “The public has no idea” about how strong the memo is, that has “filed here in the United States by this administration.”
