Breaking News – 15 Dead, 45 Wounded In Japan Knife Attack

Breaking News – At least 15 dead and 45 wounded by a man wielding a knife at a facility for handicapped people in the city of Sagamihara, just west of Tokyo.

Police arrested a young man his 20s who turned himself in at a police station in the city shortly after 3 AM.

Police say the man claimed to be a former employee of the handicapped center.
