  • Disney is shipping in low pay replacement employees on H1-B visas that will save the company money.
  • Disney will lay off hundreds of American workers for these lower payed forign workers.
  • The layed off workers are expected to train their replacements before they get kicked out the door.
  • Disney is not alone in this practice and it is one that is tarting to garner national attention.

A former Disney employee is speaking out about U.S. companies hiring foreign workers with H1-B visas, at lower wages, to replace U.S. workers.

“The foreign workers that replaced the hundreds of us here in Orlando, and Anaheim, were just flown in weeks before,” former Disney IT employee Leo Perrero told the FOX Business Network’s Stuart Varney.

Perrero then discussed the difference in wages paid to the foreign replacements.

“They came in on a visa called the H1-B visa, I don’t know exactly what they pay, however the bulk of these people that applied for this visa are at the very lowest pay scale out of the four. They all claim to come in on this visa because they are better than Americans, yet they come in on the lowest pay scales.”

According to Perrero this is not a trend unique to Disney.

“Disney is not an anomaly and in fact, right now, this is happening at Abbott Pharmaceuticals in Illinois, and one of the senators that was at the hearing, Durbin, sent a letter to the CEO yesterday demanding that he rethink his plans to replace hundreds of IT workers in Illinois, his home state.”

Perrero then addressed why he is supporting Donald Trump in the 2016 presidential race.

“Trump has been the most vocal about this, he’s publicly stated that Disney should hire everybody back that was replaced by the foreign worker, he is the most vocal about it, Cruz has also brought it up as well, so this is an issue that is coming to the presidential level and gaining more and more attention.  But Americans are really starting to slowly see what’s happening and starting to fight back on this issue.”

First they replaced the concession workers, and the rest of the employees stayed quiet. This is no surprise. It is happening everywhere. In most cases with outsourcing without bothering to relocate the workers.

DISNEY THE NEW WALMART is what I would of titled the article.

This really makes Disney look bad. It’s one thing for Trump to do it, after all, he is a businessman that is known to do whatever it takes to make a penny. No one ever expected him to be pure and innocent. Disney has always tried to come off as the family oriented and wholesome company. Shown by the movies and specials they produce. I guess they didn’t think about the family that will suffer for their poor choices. The children that will now face a different life because mommy or daddy lost their job.

I have been to both Disney parks many times. Not again. This employee situation is wrong. To make the people you fired train the people you hired is cruel. They are not the ones that need to be punished, you are. There are enough foreigners that fill your parks because Americans can’t afford to go. Now we are expected to see them working there knowing how you fired Americans to hire them? No thanks!

No more Disney products will be bought by this household. No more Disney vacations either.

Do you really save that much money when you have to file papers, pay to bring them over and train them? I guess it saves you enough that you can turn your back on Americans. We are a military family and to me that makes you a traitor.

I suggest all Americans boycott Disney and it’s products. Then maybe they won’t be able to hire the foreigners that believe they are “better than Americans”.
