“Just had a great meeting with @realdonaldtrump @potus besides what he’s done so far with criminal reform, the platinum plan is going to give the community real ownership. He listened to what we had to say today and assured he will and can get it done,” Lil Wayne tweeted.

The president’s “Platinum Plan” has the following pillars: opportunity, security, prosperity, and fairness. Fox News explained that the plan “includes creating 3 million jobs in the Black community over the next four years, increasing access to capital by nearly $500 billion and strengthening Trump’s immigration policies to protect American jobs,” as mentioned in Trump’s website.
CBS News also reported that some fans criticized Lil Wayne for seemingly endorsing Trump. 50 Cent, who endorsed Trump last week and later backtracked it, slammed Lil Wayne for taking the photo.
“oh no 👀 WAYNE🤦♂️, I WOULD HAVE NEVER TOOK THIS PICTURE,” 50 Cent tweeted.
