Mass Stabbing in New Orleans Leave Five People Injured
On Mardi Gras, a mass stabbing outside a bar in New Orleans left five people injured.
According to New Orleans and Tulane police, the stabbing incident occurred at around 7:43 a.m. on Tuesday. The Sun reported that there were five victims during the incident.
The report further stated that the incident happened after a person was denied entry to the bar. The said person “became violent,” and a fight broke out outside the bar.

One of the five victims was allegedly a student at Loyola University who works at the establishment. He was rushed to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Meanwhile, the conditions of the four other victims were not released.
An update later in the afternoon by the local police department indicated that authorities have not made any arrests, according to Fox 8, even though earlier reports alleged that someone had been taken into custody before 9 in the morning.
