Listen to what New York Democratic Rep. Charlie Rangel has to say about gun control and the lack of concealed carried permits in his city.
When the reporter asks Rangel about concealed carry licenses being given out only to those who can afford a bribe and if he thought it unfair that many of his constituents couldn’t get them, he replies, “I wouldn’t want them to have it. I know what you’re trying to say. Corruption is corruption, and it’s bad. Law-abiding citizens just shouldn’t have to carry a gun. You’re not gonna push me in that direction.”
However, when the topic changed to his own armed guards that stand outside the government buildings he works in he sang a different tune.
“Well, that’s a little different. I think we deserve–I think we need to be protected down here.” Rep. Charlie Rangel proceeded to cackle with delight in a way that can only be described as villainous, possibly one from a bad 80s film.
Rangel is nothing short of scum. A parasite that only cares about his personal well being and will say anything to keep getting elected. He treats his voters like livestock to be herded and sacrificed for his own needs. It’s a shame that Democrat voters have such a hard time voting their corrupt politicians out of office.
