Obama: Disturbing History Of Executive Targeting

Executive targeting is nothing new. First it was the IRS targeting conservative groups….now add the following:

• FBI
• CIA
• NSA
• Justice Department
• Treasury Department's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network

Representatives of the Director of National Intelligence

According to McClatchy:

All agencies who have specifically targeted conservative and republican individuals and groups. All under the watchful eye of President Barack Obama. Furthermore, all of this info is found in public newspapers. Not classified. Not top secret.

Although liberal sources such as the Guardian, the New York Times, and McClatchy have all printed stories in regards to the Obama wiretapping of Donald Trump scenario, they all seem to be confused what to do about it now. Should they cover up? Should they spin the story?

Its mighty hard to have any credibility if you deny your own stories right? So instead, we see explanation and excuse after explanation and excuse. The media has gone from denial to now attempting to explain why these departments were just in their actions of wiretapping the presidential nominee of the opposition party.

Well this is a direct contradiction to what the various and plethora news sources have been reporting on the matter. News entity after news entity have reported that there were in fact FISA applications and warrants granted.

Former Director James Clapper explicitly denies this and says if it were true he would in fact possess that knowledge.

I’m not sure who to believe to be quite honest.

What I do know, is that this is a direct contradiction and someone must be wrong.

Complications Of FISA Warrants

FISA warrants unlike traditional criminal warrants have a low bar threshold. Which means, there does not need to be evidence in order to acquire one.

Meaning….The intelligence agencies could have acquired FISA warrants without probable cause of any mingling with Russia. Where is the evidence that Trump and his campaign was colluding with Russia? Is there actually any justification for seeking these warrants in the first place?

Full Investigation

The whole thing smells like rotten eggs.

As a matter of transparency President Trump and those directly affected should remain uninvolved. That means no more tweets President Trump!

This is an issue for Congress to deal with. It is Republican controlled. Zero reason they should not act upon this investigation. I have had enough of the spineless Republicans in the past. Time to act.

They can start by investigating the FISA applications and any warrants that were issued. There will also be a swarm of information in different briefings that President Obama would have received from his intelligence team. There are oversight committees that will have access to this information.

Either the Obama Administration and his 6 agencies investigated a Republican Presidential Candidate and have since been leaking info about Michael Flynn, Jeff Sessions, etc. Or a majority of new agencies including liberal sources are dead wrong.
