Barr Finds No Evidence of Widespread Voter Fraud
Attorney General William P. Barr said on Tuesday that the Justice Department found no evidence of widespread voter fraud. Barr told The Associated Press that the DOJ did not find fraud at a scale that can affect election results. This contradicts President Donald Trump’s assertion of widespread cheating. Consequently, the remarks also confirmed Democrat Joe Biden’s victory.

Mr. Barr’s comments address Trump’s unsupported claims. It also offers a counter to the President’s accusations of who the conspirators were. Earlier, Trump implied that the DOJ and the FBI helped perpetrate the fraud. In a Fox News interview Sunday, Trump said “You would think if you're in the FBI or Department of Justice, this is — this is the biggest thing you could be looking at. Where are they? I have not seen anything. I mean, I just — they just keep moving along, and they go on to the next president.”
No Evidence
Barr has yet to see instances of fraud on a scale that could affect the election's outcome. He also addressed claims that voting machines manipulated votes in favor of Biden. “There’s been one assertion that would be systemic fraud and that would be the claim that machines were programmed essentially to skew the election results. And the DHS and DOJ have looked into that, and so far, we haven’t seen anything to substantiate that,” he said.
Prior to Tuesday’s statement, Barr noted that mail-in voting can be susceptible to fraud. This applies especially during the coronavirus pandemic. Because of the outbreaks, Americans wisely chose to vote by mail instead of voting in person.
‘Default Fix-All’
Barr pointed out that people's “growing tendency” to view the DOJ as a “default fix-all.” He said people think the Justice Department should immediately come in when they don't like something. Barr added that most fraud claims point to a “particular set of circumstances or actors or conduct.”
After the elections, Barr sent prosecutors to investigate “substantial allegations” of voting irregularities. He asked them to look out for “clear and apparently-credible allegations of irregularities” that can impact the state election outcomes. Also, Barr reminded prosecutors to not initiate federal inquiries for “specious, speculative, fanciful or far-fetched claims.”
Trump Team Rebuts Barr
The Trump legal team, headed by Rudy Giuliani, issued a statement. The Department failed to conduct a proper investigation of their complaints. “With all due respect to the Attorney General, there hasn’t been any semblance of a Department of Justice investigation,” the statement said. “We have gathered ample evidence of illegal voting in at least six states, which they have not examined. We have many witnesses swearing under oath they saw crimes being committed in connection with voter fraud. As far as we know, not a single one has been interviewed by the DOJ. The Justice Department also hasn’t audited any voting machines or used their subpoena powers to determine the truth.”
“Nonetheless, we will continue our pursuit of the truth through the judicial system and state legislatures, and continue toward the Constitution’s mandate and ensuring that every legal vote is counted and every illegal vote is not. Again, with the greatest respect to the Attorney General, his opinion appears to be without any knowledge or investigation of the substantial irregularities and evidence of systemic fraud.”
Mitch McConnell Joins the Chorus
Barr’s statements imply a tacit acceptance of the election results. This also gives an implied recognition of Biden’s win. Then, add Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s acknowledgment of a “new administration.” McConnell has yet to acknowledge Biden, but his recent remark points to a new mindset. This might mean that the window for disputing election results is closing fast for Trump. This also signals growing pressure from Republicans to accept the results.

No I do not agree!! It is very plain to see that treason and fraud is involved. Why have a DOJ if this is the best they can do? What is Barr waiting on? Whose side Is he on? I haven’t seen anything thst he has done since he was appointed. He needs to do his job and start investigating or step down and give his whooping salary to someone that will earn the pay!
Well since Obama pardoned 10 times more than bush it may be a good idea to look into it
As far as Attorney General Barr is concerned the keywords everyone’s leaving out are “to this date”
As far as voter fraud is concern good news you don’t have to go look for it anymore you just have to sit down in Michigan and listen to all real citizens voice the real complaints and of all the disgusting fraud that went on just in The state of Michigan
Considering all the facts that have come to light in the recent past regarding the FBI and DOJ, I wouldn’t trust them to investigate a missing bagel. The deep state is strong in the DOJ.

Any election fraud is a crime. He should be investigating ANY election fraud all the way back to the source. This would turn up more and more fraud. He’s just another do-nothing politician.
Every American who actually looks can find fraud in the election of November 3, 2020. It is everywhere. Very likely in every state. The Trump team has so far claimed it has found it in at least six states to date. If Barr cannot find any proof of fraud it is because the DOJ has not looked at all. It is not necessary to “look hard” just look! Open their eyes because it is literally everywhere. There are hundreds of eye witnesses and eye witnesses ARE proof. An eye witness, just one eye witness, can get a killer sentenced to death. Here we have hundreds if not many hundreds of eyewitnesses to fraud being perpetrated upon the American people. Yes this fraud was perpetrated upon YOU. Every fraudulent vote counted negated a legal vote by some citizen. Perpetrated upon every American citizen and these communist hiding under the title of democrat are laughing at all of us and bragging about how ignorant we are not to see it. The saddest fact about all this is they are right we are ignorant. Conservatives have had decades to fight this fraud and all have looked the other way thinking, I guess, it would go away well it will not. This fraud did not start in 16 it started many decades ago and we all know it at least those of us who have been awake for the last fifty years or so know it! The reason it is so bad this election is because no one who perpetrated fraud in 16 (although it was not enough to overcome the Trump popularity) was ever punished for their actions. Another demonstration of our apathy or laziness.
However, not withstanding the above how much voter fraud does it take to make voter fraud illegal and a serious problem for any election. One two or maybe a hundred cases just how many does it take to create the predicate to investigate? Without thoroughly investigating how does anyone know how deep or wide spread it actually is. State governments it is said sent out, unsolicited, at least eighty million ballots. That means there was/is a possibility of eighty million cases of voter fraud.
It would, at this point for verification purposes, be interesting to review the investigation documents to see just what avenues the investigation took and who was interviewed. As well as to what degree it was pursued.
Two things these so called democrats have to do “to” America in order for their fundamental transformation into a socialist communist government to succeed, beyond that of getting elected to two of the three branches of the government of course (that third branch, the Judicial branch, is not elected). Number one confiscate the guns. Resistance can neither be tolerated or risked so all citizens must all be disarmed. Absolutely the guns in civilian hands have to be gone because it will take force to install the new government and get rid of the Constitutional Representative Republic and free enterprise economic system. Number two is they must absolutely kill the economy. When times are good citizens will not cooperate with changes that have a chance of making them not so good. These two things are the reason When Barack Obama promised a fundamental transformation in his next breath he promised a federal police force, remember? He also said it would be as well trained, funded and equipped as our military. That proves he expected a problem installing communism here in the United States of America and that is one time he was right. That police force would have had to be much like the German Brown Shirts in both authority and strength! There will be little difference between what happened in Europe and Asia during that bloody twentieth century and what is in store for the United States of America during that promised transformation.
Consequently, anyone who thought things were going to get better under a Biden administration was/is absolutely wrong! Oh the main stream media will tell you times could be great under communism (which they will refer to as socialism) but that too will not be true. But if they keep drilling that into you sooner of later you may very well begin to believe it. After all that has been their game plan all along and so far it has worked on half the nation!
It is absolutely positively fact unless we, as a nation, dig deep to get to the bottom of this immense voter fraud and punish those responsible no matter how many or what is/was their position, and there are many, it will continue to happen each and every election. William Barr has to know that so is that what he wants just like the communist who are hiding behind the name of democrat? After all isn’t he the chief law enforcement officer in the nation?
Seems to me that if someone is looking in only one direction and all of the crimes are occurring in another direction, they certainly are not going to see those crimes. Question for Mr. Barr – just how much fraud will it take for you to pay attention? You certainly cannot – or will not see it if you refuse to look.
Baloney. I was sent an official ballot even though I did not request it. I voted in person and the clerk just asked me if I received the mail-in ballot. I said yes and she told me to give it to her.
I told her I did not bring it with me–but she let me vote as I handed her my ID.
The fraud part–I could have just dropped my mail-in ballot at a drop box and walla–that’s 2 votes for Biden. If Barr could not find fraud during the Election–then he must be having an acute case of Macular Degeneration!!
