FBI Does Ultimate April Fools On Hillary
- The FBI is “ready to recommend an indictment” of Hillary Clinton.

Former U.S. Representative Tom Delay says the FBI is “ready to recommend an indictment” of Hillary Clinton after an investigation of her private email server.
Appearing on the Steve Malzberg radio show, Delay said, “I have friends that are in the FBI, and they tell me they’re ready to indict, they’re ready to recommend an indictment.” He added, “And they also say that if the attorney general does not indict, they’re going public.”
It certainly makes me feel better about myself…

Former Speaker Delay seemed to echo that claim, saying, “One way or another, either she’s gonna be indicted, and that process begins, or we try her in the public eye with her campaign. One way or another, she’s gonna have to face these charges.”
Clinton eventually apologized for choosing to set up the private email server, but has continued to claim she never sent or received any information “marked” classified. That designation is important legally because it would mean Clinton can claim she did not knowingly send or receive classified material, though it leaves open the possibility that she did so unknowingly.
Last week, former Attorney General Michael Mukasey said there was evidence Clinton knew enough to convict her for mishandling classified information. Mukasey is a Republican and is currently an adviser to GOP presidential candidate Jeb Bush.

I think the law plainly states that what Hillary Clinton did was to break the law. Ignorance is no excuse for breaking the law if she’s wanting to claim she didn’t know something was classified. It was her own personal email server and she was secretary of state. If she couldn’t tell top secret documents, than she has no business running our government.
