Sen. Ted Cruz has been challenging Donald Trump to a one-on-one debate for months, and on Friday, Cruz's camp said Trump accepted.

“Happy to hear @realDonaldTrump accepted my challenge to debate one-on-one,” the Texas senator tweeted Friday morning.

But, Friday is April Fool's Day, and Cruz's announcement was just a gag.
