DeSantis Fires Back At Biden: ‘Do Your Job!’
A day after President Joe Biden told Texas and Florida governors to “get out of the way,” Florida Governor Ron DeSantis fired back: “So why don’t you do your job? Why don’t you get this border secure? And until you do that, I don’t want to hear a blip about COVID from you.”

Biden Took Shots At DeSantis and Abbott
A day earlier, Biden took a jab at the governors of Florida and Texas, Ron DeSantis and Greg Abbott. He said that “Just two states, Florida and Texas, account for one-third of all new COVID cases in the entire country.
Just two states. Look, we need leadership from everyone. If some governors aren’t willing to do the right thing to beat this pandemic, then they should allow businesses and universities who want to do the right thing to be able to do it.”
“I say to these governors: Please help, but if you aren’t going to help, at least get out of the way of the people who are trying to do the right thing. Use your power to save lives,” Biden added as a parting shot to the governors.
DeSantis Tells Biden: “Why Don’t You Do Your Job?’
The Florida governor didn’t take Biden’s jabs lying down. He issued a televised statement telling Biden to back off. He also emphasized that if Biden wants to come after the rights of Florida citizens, he’s not going to get out of the way. The entire reply took less than five minutes, but it contained a lifetime’s worth of rebukes.
“But let me tell you this if you’re coming after the rights of parents in Florida, I’m standing in your way, I’m not going to let you get away with it. If you’re trying to deny kids a proper in-person education, I’m going to stand in your way, and I’m going to stand up for the kids in Florida.
If you’re trying to restrict people, impose mandates if you’re trying to ruin their jobs and their livelihoods and their small business if you are trying to lock people down, I am standing in your way, and I’m standing for the people of Florida. So why don’t you do your job? Why don’t you get this border secure? And until you do that, I don’t want to hear a blip about COVID from you,” DeSantis added.
Biden Imported More Virus
Apart from asking him to “do your job” DeSantis also took issue with Biden over a number of issues. He reminded the President of his earlier campaign promise to shut down the virus. Instead, DeSantis said Biden imported more of the virus given his lax immigration policies. He also mentioned that a Biden administration official advised parents to wear masks at home and children are present. He said that this is an insane notion that won’t help with anything.
DeSantis also said that Biden mistakenly believes that the government can mandate vaccination. The Florida governor believes that parents should ultimately make the decision about it. Finally, DeSantis pointed out the hypocrisy of the Biden administration. Biden wants Americans to produce proof of vaccinations to go to the gym or attend a concert. However, the same administration finds it too much of a burden to show a picture ID before you vote in elections.
Conservatives Cheer On DeSantis
Conservatives reacted to DeSantis’ fiery reply positively. Steve Cortes of Newsmax even gave the Florida governor a new name: Governor Beast Mode. In his tweet, Cortes said: “This is the way. Governor Beast Mode, fighting for the citizens who elected him. A LOT of squish Republican governors around America could learn from Ron…”
Fox News’ Lisa Boothe also supported DeSantis’ fiery speech. She referred to the governor as “one of the only good ones” then attached his video statement. Meanwhile, editor-publisher Roger Kimball also hailed the GOP stalwart. He tagged DeSantis with the message: “The great governor of Florida @GovRonDeSantis is a hero.”

If biden would have kept the boarders closed maybe we would not have a new covid rise. Also maybe thats why it was gere in the first place. So shut the boarders and do your instead of blaming other people for your screw ups.

Biden is the lame mouthpiece for Obama and others, including Gates and Soros. They have but one goal and that is what they see as the over population of the world and the destruction of America. It will take more governor’s, legislatures, and members of congress to stand up like DeSantis, otherwise complacency will result in the end of America as we know it.

IF Biden can not do his job……let the governor and the National Guard do it. Maybe Biden should go there and see what his policy is doing to Texas and the taxpayers across the USA. Arrest and deliver them back to Mexico. It is still ILLEGAL to come here without papers.

Biden talks out of both sides of his mouth, said President Trump was not doing enough about covid. Now Biden wants to spread covid through illegal immigrants being transported all around our country and telling us we need to mask up again because covids on the rise. The Dems theory, don’t let a good pandemic go to waste. They will run with this for all it’s worth, fear and control are what they want. Biden says follow the science in his creepy whispering voice like he talking to a two year old child and not a nation full of adults. Remember the science says that child with their strong immune system didn’t need to be immunized, that their fine, now let’s all forget about that because now they want kids to be vaccinated. The republicans need to fight back to all the garage that Biden has shoved down our throats through executive orders. His first day in office looked like a book signing. I feel sorry for the Biden voters who never would have thought he would run our country in the ground. The great governor’s of Texas and Florida our true gladiators against Biden, let hope that this is the start of change in our country.
At some point, we need to put America first. Why many feel it is necessary to bring more across the borders, be it due to the issues within their countries or some trying to save the world or worst yet, for political reasons, we have our own issues and Americans here in the USA that need our help first. For anyone to come into this country illegally, they need to be stopped at the borders and / or returned promptly should they get across the border, rather the Democrats and a few republicans feel its better to allow illegals into the country while allowing them benefits that we do not even extend to our own citizens.

Did anyone expect different? On one of his few campaign trail speeches he flat out said he was going to do this. Just like defund the police, but somehow people are still this stupid and voted for him. It’s very clear he’s not running the ship he can’t even complete a sentence. That is very scary, why every other president has to have an evaluation done mentally and he doesn’t is beyond me but I’m not surprised. This is what everybody wanted and how it’s possible but it is, fentanyl is up 500% that’s a real number, 2 million people have already crossed that we know 15,000 just tested positive for Covid but they were released into the middle of the country who knows this is what was voted for? And we defund the police so we have no help look at every major city murder rape burglary and robbery or at the highest points they’ve ever been in the history of the country just like the border. If anybody paid attention and he only did a few press conferences minus his basement he told you everything he was going to do and it’s happening in real time. Seven months we watch the country go from the top straight to the bottom it’s only getting worse. That’s why the minority especially anyone from Cuba or any socialist communist country vote the way they do!! The came here to run from it and now they’re stuck in it again. That is the goal to be like Cuba or Europe and be totally 100% dependent on the government. Nobody will go back to work and paid to stay home I was deemed essential 30 seconds enter the world being shut off 16 months ago. This is nothing but government control and until all the liberals realize that the government has lied to us about how this virus started, the REAL amount of people that died FROM Covid, not with having covid when the actually died from something else, and destroying this country by putting it in debt to where the United States will have to declare bankruptcy, they will know, but unfortunately it may be too late.
Someone should get DeSantis, Florida’s Nero, a fiddle as the state burns up with Covid virus. Seems most of those unvaccinated Southerners are Republicans. Biden should keep quiet as these are not people who would be voting for him if there were still alive.

Biden should say NOTHING about Covid or the border situation until he spends a week or two down there seeing how those states are over run with illegals who are not being tested for the very illness he keeps repeating is “killing people”. No….most of us believe that it is our Constitutional Right to decide what level of risk we are willing to accept for ourselves. The CDC itself reports in the state of Florida that 2.4-4.3 people per 100,000 cases died from Covid related complications (usually upper respiratory) in the last 7 days. So that is approximately 3 per 100,000 that died in the state of Florida where over 21 million citizens reside. I, myself, live in a household where my son (through work) has been exposed 3 times now to coworkers who have tested positive. None of them died nor did they go into the hospital nor did they have severe symptoms. Ages range from 19-70. They stayed home while sick (just common sense) and waited out the 10 day quarantine. My son has now tested positive for the first time but isn’t even running a fever just light-headed and a little head congestion. It has been a week since he was exposed so my husband and I got tested today just to be sure and guess what? Neither of us have tested positive. So, forgive me if I am not super concerned about covid. Cautious but not an alarmist. Common sense but not an extremist. Just like you are with the common cold or the flu and around those who are at risk.
