Florida Files Lawsuit Against Clueless Biden Administration
On Wednesday, the State of Florida has revealed its intent to sue the Biden Administration. The office of the state’s Attorney General argues that the current administration has been dodging its constitutional duties. It also claims that the administration has failed to follow federal law in its chaotic way of handling immigration policies.
According to a Breaking 911 report, Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody plans on pursuing legal action against President Joe Biden’s administration for failing to follow federal immigration law while the U.S. southern border crisis continues to get worse. Per federal law, immigrants who arrive in the U.S., including people seeking asylum, are required to be detained while the courts are looking to determine whether their basis to enter the country is valid. Given this law, the state Attorney General claims that the current administration is abdicating its duty as the Border Patrol has already let 225,000 illegal migrants go this year.
The lawsuit makes it evident how the Biden administration should be held accountable for the way it handles the situation, more specifically in its decision to release illegal immigrants into the U.S.
