  • Donald Trump has once again changed his campaign team.
  • Trump has now welcomed Steven Bannon as his new chief executive and Kellyanne Conway as his new campaign manager.
  • The shake-up comes after Manafort and Trump's relationship has continued to decay.
  • Trump has continuously been behind Hillary in the past few weeks and he needs to reform his campaign if he has any chance of beating her in November.

Donald Trump seems to have no problem with change. He has already gone through two campaign managers and now he is bringing on his third. The constant upsets and public scrutiny in the media are not only getting to Trump's campaign but also to his head. So he's bringing in the heavy hitters. His past managers have been two different breeds. Lewandowski was more of a softer touch and had a very delicate way of doing business. Manafort was stronger, harder, but all business and was interested in doing strategies from the past. Now, he's bringing in two top executives who are willing to do whatever it takes to ensure that Donald Trump is the next President of the United States. Steven Bannon, the executive chairman of Breitbart News and Kellyanne Conway, a senior adviser and pollster, are the new dream team for Trump.

Bannon will be joining Trump's campaign as his chief executive and Conway will be coming on as Trump's new campaign manager. Having a woman come on to run his campaign could actually help him in the long run. Trump's favoritism amongst the female voters of the country isn't all that great. Having a woman run his campaign might make his favoritism rise in the eyes of the female population, which could give him the edge he needs to beat Hillary.

The unveiling of Bannon and Conway came quickly after reports surfaced that Roger Ailes, the newly banished head of Fox News, was to advise Trump for his political debates. It's clear that someone in the Trump campaign is putting in a lot of time and effort to make him an unbeatable force.

However, the rumors about the advisement of Ailes were quickly denied by Trump. He even went as far as to send out memos to his campaign staff to inform them of the faulty claims of Ailes help.

Trump released a statement this morning, in it, he said, “I have known Steve and Kellyanne both for many years. They are extremely capable, highly qualified people who love to win and know how to win. I believe we're adding some of the best talents in politics, with the experience and expertise needed to defeat Hillary Clinton in November and continue to share my message and vision to Make America Great Again.”

Paul Manafort was brought on, originally, to create the structure for a solid campaign. His job was to come in and configure Trump's brash tactics and turn him into a classical presidential candidate. Now it seems Bannon and Conway have been brought in to forcibly make that plan come to fruition. Conway has come forward and said that Manafort will stay on as the campaign chairman.

Conway said to CNN, “I look at it as an expansion of the team. Paul remains as Chairman.”

Trump could not have asked for a better right-hand man than Bannon. His website (Breitbart News) has become the billboard for supporting Trump's campaign and has been the battleground against Hillary since the elections began. Bannon has been involved in the website since it was launched in 2007 and being a business man, it's safe to say he understands the benefits of his newly formed partnership with Trump. Bannon now get's a taste of the political life, instead of just reporting on it, and Trump now has a media outlet in his back pocket and in a campaign nothing is more important than advertisement.

A source close to the Trump campaign told CNN that the relationship between Manafort and Trump had gone from decent to terrible. The tensions had grown so palpable that the rest of the campaign knew changes were on the way.

In the past couple of weeks, Trump has been losing ground in the battle against Hillary. He is down in almost every poll and is losing in every key battleground state. So a “reform” of a new strategy was desperately needed.

The thing that we can count on in the growing changes of Trump's campaign is that no matter what, Trump will remain true to himself. That has always been massively important to Trump through the presidential race. He will be true to himself, he will not be censored, guided, or changed. He will be Donald Trump through and through till the very end.
