Biden Says ‘Have at it’ in Response to Republicans Fighting for American Freedom over Vaccine Mandates
On Friday, through his speech, President Joe Biden responded to Republican leaders and legislators, promising to go oppose Biden in connection to his forceful vaccine mandates.
The president’s comments came following a question by ABC News Congressional Correspondent Rachel Scott. She asked about Biden’s response to the members of the Republican party who said that mandates are the federal government’s way to “overreach” a person’s freedom and who threatened to sue the current administration.
To this, the president smugly stated: “Have at it.”
He then expressed his disappointment over a number of GOP governors being “so cavalier” with children’s health and the health of their community.
The president then shared his hope for American students to know that “politics doesn’t have to be this way.”
On Thursday, Biden revealed that he would force Americans to get the vaccine.
He also harshly criticized about 80 million U.S. residents who have yet to receive the jab even after months of availability and of incentives given.
After this, he threatened Republican governors, claiming that he would “get them out of the way.”
Because of this, Republican governors then promised to go head to head with the president.
Gov. Kristi Noem, in a tweet, said that South Dakota would support defending freedom.

Meanwhile, Georgia Gov. Briand Kemp then tweeted that he would use any legal option that he can choose to stop the government's overreach to everyone’s freedoms.
