Per TMZ, at least one person died and three others suffered injuries after gunfire erupted near Sunset Street, particularly at a home on Blue Jay Way. Reports say three men drove up to the house, riding an Audi, and started to open fire. One security gun was shot but managed to return fire and hit two of the suspects. One of the suspects died.

The Audi then raced down Blue Jay with a flat tire before LAPD officers managed to pull the vehicle over near Beverly Hills.
