- The Obama administration is being sued by eleven states over the transgendered bathroom laws.
- The states that are suing include Oklahoma, Alabama, WIsconsin, West Virginia, Tennessee, Main, Louisiana, Utah, Arizon, Texas and Georgia.

- Conservative states are standing in defiance since the Justice Department passed down the ruling.
Texas and 10 other states are suing the Obama administration over a new directive about transgender students in public schools.
The lawsuit announced Tuesday also includes Oklahoma, Alabama, Wisconsin, West Virginia, Tennessee, Maine, Louisiana, Utah, Arizona and Georgia. The challenge follows a federal directive to U.S. schools this month to let transgender students use the bathrooms and locker rooms that match their gender identity.
“Our local schools are now in the crosshairs of the Obama Administration, which maintains it will punish those schools who do not comply with its orders,” Texas Attorney General Paxton said.
“This represents just the latest example of the current administration’s attempts to accomplish by executive fiat what they couldn’t accomplish through the democratic process in Congress. By forcing through his policies by executive action, President Obama excluded the voice of the people,” Paxton added.
Conservative states had vowed defiance since the Justice Department handed down the guidance. U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch has said: “there is no room in our schools for discrimination.”
The lawsuit accuses the Obama administration of “running roughshod over commonsense policies” that protect children. It asks a judge to declare the directive unlawful.
So far, North Carolina is the only state to have passed a law preventing transgender individuals from using whichever restroom they prefer. Similar legislation has either failed or been vetoed in a number of other states. The legislation is still pending in eight states.
The lawsuit comes after the Justice Department announced it was suing North Carolina over its “discriminatory” law. The state’s governor, Republican Pat McCrory, later announced it would sue the Obama administration for its opposition to the law.
North Carolina House Speaker Tim Moore, also a Republican, accused the federal government of “bullying.”
During an interview on NBC’s Meet the Press, McCrory added, “So now the federal government is gonna tell almost every private sector company in the United State who can and who cannot come into their bathrooms, their restrooms, their shower facilities.”
North Carolina is also being sued by at least three other groups. The American Civil Liberties Union, Lambda Legal, and Equality North Carolina have all filed complaints alleging the law “imposes a different and more burdensome political process on LGBT people” than on non-LGBT citizens.
The controversial legislation has likely cost the Tar Heel state millions in lost revenue, as various businesses and entertainers have pulled out of the state, citing their opposition. Maroon 5, Bruce Springsteen, E Street Band, Pearl Jam, Itzhak Perlman and Ringo Starr are among the bands that have canceled shows in North Carolina as a result of the law.

I believe Obama should be prosecuted for his crimes against the country he swore to protect and defend. He has gone out of his way to run this country into the ground with his outlandish ideas and his total disregard for the safety of America’s citizens. He has thumbed his nose at our Constitution, and set himself up as “Ruler of All”. I believe he has the idea of destroying America in his attempt to “get back at whitey”.
This regime has destroyed the fabric of freedom in the USA. As obama said 7 yrs. ago “I will fundamentally change this country” and he has made a very strong effort to do that”, he has turned our constitution upside down and really screwed up our government and the way American operates!
Itis immoral, unethical and downright illegal to impose an absolute vile, overreach of human dignity for an extremely few perverts endangering the public.
Obama has proven he is our worst enemy! His determination to destroy this nation is the ultimate piece of Democrat skullduggery and he should be in prison for treason!
He has broken the law countless times. Congress is afraid to do their job because Obama is black. Donald Trump pushes past the nonsense of PC. It’s time these politicians work for the American People. And the entitlement people need to stop holding out their hands and start becoming more productive and responsible.

Obama claims transgender is protected under a law that was put into place before transgender was even diagnosed. Thus it cannot and does not apply. Nor does Obama have the legal right to make laws. His office enforces laws, period.
Furthermore DNA research has determined every single gene in the human body is male or female. Thus, as was previously declared, transgender is a mental illness. It is wrong to forced all Americans into a dangerous situation with open bathroom/showers/locker rooms, all to humor people with a mental illness.
Additionally research has shown that in all cases transgender illness can be traced to a crisis in youth, and that if it is not encouraged to play out, and the illness is treated, it will resolve itself. Clearly allowing this travesty is harmful, not only physically but mentally, to ill children and normal children alike. Not to mention, risks everyone forced into this amorally reprehensible situation.
Understand me, I do not refer to the transgender being the sole risk. It is the perverts that will come out of the woodwork to take advantage of this ruling. An 8-yr-old girl has already been attacked, knocked unconscious and dragged into a stall, in a public bathroom by a perverted man. She was saved from God knows what atrocities, only in the nick-of-time by her mother, who heard a loud suspicious sound and came to investigate.
No this ruling in nothing more then an attack on the American people, by a president and his administration that intends to destroy America, our culture and heritage. Anyone who bothers to look can see a well founded pattern of behavior on his behalf.
